‘Chant Sahaja’ is a joyful call and response singing of the different names of God, or the Supreme Self. The Krishna Mahamantra is the heart of this offering, which is an ancient and powerful tool for liberation.
Chant Sahaja was inspired by a small temple in Rishikesh where Krishna and Rama songs are sung in a simple and traditional manner all day long. Moojibaba very much enjoyed the simplicity and unpretentious quality of this chanting, and this gave rise to Chant Sahaja at Monte Sahaja.
